Brave Daisy Release Sophomore Single “Take You Out”.
Brave Daisy are back today with their second single ‘Take You Out’—a vibrant, feel-good anthem bursting with energy, charm, and one hell of a singalong hook.
Vocalist and guitarist Owen Eley shares: “‘Take You Out’ is exactly what it sounds like. It’s about finding the guts to ask someone out in real life, at a park, a bar, wherever. These days, everything’s online, so there’s something refreshing (and nerve-wracking) about just asking.”
The track is driven by bold guitars, bouncy rhythms and a chorus that practically begs you to sing-along. There’s even a fun surprise in the middle—a cheeky spoken word script recorded by the band’s friends.
"We all wrote a little script for the middle section, just a simple convo about asking someone out. Surprisingly harder than it sounds." Owen adds.
The track premiered early on Brisbane 4ZZZ's 'Sonic Alien' show yesterday.
